• There is a proposed redevelopment project for 49-51 Yonge Street in Downtown Toronto. The existing 4-storey heritage building on the northeast corner of Yonge Street and Wellington Street East is planned to be preserved, with a 60-storey building constructed behind it. The project will include 56 storeys of residential units and 4 storeys of office space, along with 1,701 square meters of commercial space. The development also includes two levels below-ground with 284 bicycle spaces. The building will have 256 units.
